The Phantom Troupe advances head-on towards the Ei-I Group
・The Phantom Troupe returns to the Meteor City past
In the BW corridor
Hinrigi uses his Nen ability to transform into a cat and checks the footage from the video camera he was using to keep watch.
He had assumed that the "room where the old man was, which would send you flying somewhere if you entered it," was a warp-type ability, and he was certain that this was correct.
In the video, a member of the Ei-Yi family went deep into the only corridor leading to the general passenger rooms, but never returned, only to reappear out of nowhere and repeatedly go further down the corridor...
Hinrigi imagines that Ei-I must have used his warp Nen ability as a secret passageway as well.
room
The scene changes to a room somewhere on the ship, where the private soldiers of the Fourth Prince, Shu-U Char-Ah, are holding an information-sharing meeting.
They discussed the current situation at the Ei-I family's former hideout, that the Phantom Troupe is heading to their hidden hideout, and that if Ei-I is to be assassinated, his private soldiers will take his place.
Although each has different intentions, they are working together to eliminate Ei-I.
Hinrigi asks Oh if he told the Phantom Troupe about the trap when they headed to the hidden hideout. Oh replies that of course. However, it seems the Phantom Troupe didn't even seem to notice the trap.
Room next to the trap
Instead of opening the door to the room with the teleportation trap where the old man was, the Phantom Troupe (Nobunaga, Feitan, and Phinks) opened the door to the room next to it and boldly entered.
He sees the back of the toilet as a passageway and decides to enter through there. Nobunaga's power is on full display (?). He neatly cuts through the toilet wall, which is clearly further away than the designated distance.
Using the room's house sitter as a canary, they proceed further. There is no one in the hallway, but they find signs that someone had been there recently.
The inconsistency between Luini's stupidity and her skill in leaving the hideout leads Phinks to speculate about the Ei-I family. When Nobunaga says that they resemble themselves in the past, he is reminded of the time when the Phantom Troupe was formed.
The Phantom Troupe's Past
From Nobunaga's flashback to the Phantom Troupe's past...
The location is Meteor Town.
Chrollo and Franklin find a videotape in a pile of trash, and the toothless boy is Shalnark (?).
However, that place is Uvogin's territory. Uvogin is angry that the videotape was taken without permission, while Machi is watching it.
While Uvogin and Franklin are fighting, Chrollo tries to get a first look.
Phinks (?) and Feitan (?) arrive on motorbikes and stand in their way. They steal a videotape from Chrollo and leave. However, what Chrollo gives them is a tape of a foreign language account that he has already mastered. He has another videotape hidden in his clothes.
Inside the church in Meteor City
Chrollo enters a luxurious mansion (church) that seems out of place in Meteor City, greets an adult who appears to be a chaplain, and tries to watch a video in the viewing room. Pakunoda is also in the room, so they decide to watch it together.
The narration talks about the past of Meteor City. The people of Meteor City had no social proof of existence, which led to villains who hunted humans. Before Meteor City joined forces with the mafia, hundreds of people (70% of whom were children) were sacrificed every year. As the city's ties with the mafia deepened, people began to awaken their Nen abilities...
This would later lead to the Phantom Troupe.
Chrollo and Pakunoda in the viewing room.
Chrollo is disappointed to find that the videotape he managed to hide from Phinks contains nothing. However, both Chrollo and Pakunoda seem to be having fun. They are talking about languages from the outside world. Both have been intelligent since they were little, and it seems they are already showing their talent for languages, so the conversation is lively.
The chaplain, who saw this, highly praised Chrollo's talent and suggested that he be invited to the Elders' Council. Meteor City is currently facing many problems, and he hopes that Chrollo's ideas will be a clue to solving them.
In the viewing room, Chrollo turns on the videotape that was previously empty and notices that it is recording an anime. Pakunoda enjoys it even though he doesn't understand the language.
The recording was of a Sentai anime. Chrollo was trying to do the voice acting for it. Sarasa and Sheela were also invited to join in.
While Chrollo, Pakunoda, Sarasa, and Sheela were happily dubbing together, a black van stopped somewhere in Meteor City, and inside was a child who appeared to have been kidnapped...
